Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
